As we prepare for the inaugural Firewater Festival, we've made updates based on guidance from health authorities, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and appropriate government agencies. These measures are designed to promote:
  • Cleanliness
  • Physical Distancing
  • Reduced contact

Enhanced Protective Measures
Firewater Music Festival is scheduled for October 1-3, 2020. This years' edition will open with some important updates to enhance protection for both attendees and staff, including:
  • Encourage attendees to use personal protective equipment. Available on-site at cost/no mark-up
  • Widely available hand washing and sanitizing stations throughout the festival and camping areas. 
  • Plexiglass barriers between customers and workers at the point of sale where distancing cannot be maintained
  • Company issued reusable face coverings
  • Increased sanitizing stations and signage reminders
  • Daily at-home temperature checks and health assessment prior to departing to property location
Physical Distancing
This years' edition will open with some important updates to promote physical distancing  for both attendees and staff, including:
  • Venue capped at 50% capacity to enable physical distancing
  • Signage & groud markings installed throughout Firewater to help guest navigate common areas while practicing physical distancing
  • Main Stage has been re-positioned doubling attendees' personal space to enable physical distancing
  • Attendees can choose their own level of distancing comfort
  • Recommended to practice physical distancing
  • Modified back-stage areas to enable physical distancing
Enhanced Cleaning / Sanitation
This years' edition will open with some important updates to promote enhanced cleaning and sanitation for both attendees and staff, including:
  • Frequent cleaning across high-touch locations
  • Request guests to properly dispose of waste
  • Restrooms sanitized multiple times a day
  • Bars & Vendors sanitized multiple times 
  • More frequent cleaning across high touch point locations and surfaces in operation areas including but not limited too artist hospitality, break rooms, transportation
This years' edition will open with some important updates to promote enhanced medical for both attendees and staff, including:
  • On-site medical professionals  in three locations with 24-hour assistance, including camping and festival area
  • Roaming "safety team" of licensed medical professionals to support fans' needs and address and issues  
  • Medical Personnel on-site 24 hours a day
An attendee who wishes to follow CDC Guidelines will be able to from the time they arrive to the time they leave.
Attendees can choose their own level of comfort.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures - for you, our other guests, and staff. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting Firewater Music Festival 
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By visiting Firewater Music Festival you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Ticket Policy Update
Your FW Ticket Promise
State and County guidance enables to Firewater 2020 to move forward. The situation could change; however, as of today, county and state officials approved Firewater 2020. We will continue to work with health and government officials to establish a safe Firewater 2020. 
We fully anticipate a beautiful and safe gathering at Firewater 2020 on the original dates, however, in the unlikely scenario a government body postpones Firewater due to COVID-19, you will have two options with your tickets: 
Option 1: Retain your ticket(s) to the rescheduled event dates. You will receive an exclusive/custom memorabilia piece from the Emerald Forest AND exclusive festival perks. 
Option 2: Full refund of your 2020 ticket purchase
Refunds will not be available until an official announcement has been made to postpone or cancel Firewater 2020 October 1-3, 2020.
